Lux Bellum ("the App") is developed and published by Malphobia. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Overview

The App is a free-to-play game that displays advertisements via Google AdMob. You may remove all advertising by purchasing the "Lux Bellum Full Version" in-app purchase. The App does not require an account, sign-in, or registration of any kind.

2. Data We Collect Directly

Malphobia does not directly collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

• No accounts, sign-ins, or user profiles
• No first-party analytics or tracking
• No location data
• No access to contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files
• No server-side storage of any user information

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies:

a) Google AdMob (Advertising)

The App displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process the following types of data:

• Device identifiers (e.g. Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS)
• IP address
• General device information (model, OS version, screen size, language)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• Approximate location (derived from IP address; the App does not request precise location permission)

If you purchase the "Lux Bellum Full Version" in-app purchase, all ads are permanently disabled and AdMob will no longer collect any data.

b) Apple App Store / Google Play Store (In-App Purchases)

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Malphobia does not receive or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. Purchase records are managed by your platform account. See:

4. Local Storage

The App saves the following data locally on your device using standard platform storage (Capacitor Preferences / localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Malphobia or any third party:

• Game settings (volume, visual preferences, difficulty, controls)
• Purchase state (whether the ad-free version has been unlocked)
• Ad cooldown timestamps (to limit how often interstitial ads appear)
• Black hole charge level (gameplay mechanic)

5. Advertising Choices

You have the following options to manage advertising data collection:

• Purchase the full version — removes all ads and stops all AdMob data collection within the App.
• Limit Ad Tracking — on iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads. This limits the use of your advertising identifier across all apps.
• Reset Advertising ID — you can reset your device's advertising identifier at any time through your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is designed to be suitable for all ages. Malphobia does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Ads served in the App comply with applicable child-safety regulations. If you believe a child has provided personal data through a third-party service used by the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Data Retention

Malphobia does not store any user data on its servers. Locally stored preferences remain on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. For data collected by third-party services (Google AdMob, Apple, Google Play), please refer to their respective data retention policies.

8. International Users

The App is available worldwide. Third-party advertising services may process data in countries outside your own. By using the App, you acknowledge that data collected by third-party services may be transferred internationally in accordance with their privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
